This help page provides answers to some of our most asked Part A and B online course questions. If you don't see an answer to your questions below, please email us directly and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What do I do if a page doesn't load, or freezes up?

A momentary loss of internet connection may occur - Simply hit the REFRESH option for your browser to reload the page. If that is not successful, close your browser. Restart your browser, logoff the McKenzie site if you are still logged in; hit your refresh option, log back in, and restart the online component.
